B’nai Tikvah is a welcoming congregation, led by knowledgeable, caring, friendly clergy and leadership, assisted by warm and helpful staff and teachers, and made real by all our members.
B’nai Tikvah’s mission is to “connect, engage, and inspire." B’nai Tikvah’s services and classes and social action activities and lectures and barbecues are for anyone who wants to see and take part in what happens under the big tent of Jewish life. Whether you’re a single or a couple beyond your Golden Anniversary, interfaith parents or a same sex couple, we look forward to your joining us — age, race, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, and financial means are never an obstacle to being part of all B’nai Tikvah has to offer.
As a member, you are embraced as a part of B'nai Tikvah family. Inspired by our clergy, our members, and our spiritual, educational and social offerings-you will grow as a person, and we will grow together as a community. Embrace your membership and find the experience that you have been seeking from a synagogue… make it your own.
We welcome you to our Religious School.
We invite you to Enhance your Spirituality.
We open our doors to share in your Life Cycle Events including Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Weddings, Baby Namings, Illness, or Death.
We spread our care and compassion for the community through Social Action initiatives which serve the elderly, recognize our local police and fire departments, work with local food banks, and spread the goodness of compassion throughout the greater community.
We invite you into our Community — with your membership and participation in any of our events or services. There are constant opportunities to form friendships and build rewarding relationships with our diverse congregation.
Now What?
It all sounds great. Join us for an event, a service, or one of our many other programs. See what B'nai Tikvah is all about. Once you decide that B'nai Tikvah is the place for you, come in, call the office or email our membership chairs , Sam and Christine Evans— we will walk you through the very simple membership application and process of becoming a member.
We're ready to make you a part of the B'nai Tikvah family.
