Machzor Did you bring one home from Rosh Hashanah Services?
For those that purchased High Holiday Tickets
If you brought home a machzor either from a pick up day or from Rosh Hashanah services, AND you intend on attending in person on Yom Kippur, please make sure to bring the machzor with you for services
We do not have extra Machzorim.
Vaccination Cards
For those attending Yom Kippur Services in person: If you have not already done so, please submit your proof of vaccine via the webpage ( Link Here ) or email a copy to the office. These are due by Tuesday, Sept. 14. If you do not submit your card beforehand, you MUST bring it with you. You will be turned away if we do not have proof of vaccine.
Parking for Yom Kippur For those that requested a handicap accessible spot: when you arrive at B'nai Tikvah, please drive to the back of the building near the ramps. The spots are near the cones. Please note that the spots will be different, because the Sukkah is taking up some of the spaces.
The rest of the B'nai Tikvah lot is open to those that did not make a special request. But please do not park the spots marked for the Rabbi, Cantor, and President. Once the B'nai Tikvah lot is full, you may go to Draper Lane to park in their lot. Turn right out of the B'nai Tikvah lot and then turn left onto Draper Lane. MAP

Hunger Has Not Gone Away....Neither Can We
With need greater than ever, join B’nai Tikvah for the 12th Interfaith Mini-Walk for Hunger, to be held on Sunday, October 17th. This is a three mile, family walk that begins and ends at Temple Beth David in Westwood and is sponsored by Project Bread, an organization which ensures that the neighbors in our community have enough to eat.
All are welcome. You may register and collect sponsors through the Project Bread Interfaith Mini Walk for Hunger website: http://support.projectbread.org/goto/interfaithmini and register as being from B’nai Tikvah. Or you may contact: socialaction@bnaitikvahma.org for further information, or to sign up through our committee. Prizes will be awarded for those with the most pledges and on the day of the walk, non-perishable items will be collected and distributed to local food pantries. Let’s show the community that together we are strong; that together we can make a difference!!

Minyan List for the Week of September 13 Congregants commemorating a yahrzeit may wish to honor that event by leading some portion of the evening’s service. It might be as small as leading a prayer or could be leading all of Mincha or Ma’ariv. If you are interested in taking this honor feel free to call Joe Doniger at 781-910-7601 or email us at MinyanRangers@bnaitikvahma.org at least two days in advance, and we’ll help make arrangements with that night’s minyan leader. Due to the pandemic, as many people are observing a virtual Shiva week, if you inform the leader, a third Mourners' Kaddish will be included as is done in a shiva house.
