The Adult Education team invites you discover the rich history of Jewish comedy in American film with special guest speaker Gershon Levine on Sunday, December 7, at 1:00 p.m. 

Gershon Levine invites you to join him as he shows us how Jewish humor was the foundation of comedy in American society. 

He will draw upon film clips from the 1920’s through the 1970’s demonstrating hallmarks of Jewish humor that have come to define American movie comedy. 

Gershon has worked in the Jewish community including synagogues and schools for close to forty years. He graduated from the Tisch School at NYU with a BFA in Television Production focusing on directing and screenwriting. So he knows his humor!
