This Coming Shabbat

Join us in celebrating the birthday of the Torah as we read the end of Deuteronomy and roll all the way back to the beginning to start the cycle anew. Our evening service will take place in our Seresky Sanctuary and on ZOOM beginning Thursday night at 6 p.m., with dancing, song, and treats for the kids.

Then, on Friday morning, join us at 9:30 a.m. in our Seresky Sanctuary in person or on Livestream, as we celebrate the Torah and honor our Hattan Torah, Joe Doniger, and Kallat Bereishit, Debbie Gladstone. For both services, Linda Dietrich and Sam Evans will read Torah, Ellie Sirk will read Haftorah, and Dena and I will lead the service. Morning services will conclude around noon and will be followed by a kiddush luncheon sponsored by Mark Gladstone in honor of Debbie being named Kallat Bereishit.

We encourage you to sponsor a kiddush to mark a simcha, celebrate a birthday, anniversary, commemorate a yahrzeit, honor an individual's accomplishment, or just to enhance our Shabbat. Since not every kiddush is sponsored, we hope you will consider a contribution to the kiddush fund so we can provide a kiddush every week. All sponsors are much appreciated and will be acknowledged.
